Plain-language terms for using BRUTAL Optimizer. Use it, undo it, keep your settings — here are the rules.

The license
The free tier is free to use, no account required. A Pro license — including a free founder year — is for one person and activates on one machine at a time. You can remove it from one PC and activate on another whenever you like. Don't share, resell, or give away access to keys.
The Founders offer
The first 10,000 people to claim get one year of Pro free, tied to the email they claim with. Founders keep a locked renewal price ($3.99/yr) for as long as they keep renewing; everyone after pays the standard annual price. When a free year or a paid term ends, the app drops to the free tier — your applied optimizations and settings stay exactly as they were.
Use at your own risk (but built to be safe)
BRUTAL changes Windows settings. Every change it makes is designed to be reversible, with per-module undo, and it takes a system restore point before major changes. Still, you run it as Administrator on your own system, and you accept responsibility for the changes you choose to apply. The software is provided "as is," without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Acceptable use
Don't use BRUTAL to break the law, attack other systems, or circumvent anti-cheat or DRM. BRUTAL is built to run alongside anti-cheat, not against it.
Changes
We may update these terms or the product. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use means you accept the current version.
